Terms of Service

By accessing or using Dreamvibe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by MeltingPixels LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explain how we handle your information.

Dreamvibe is a dream journaling application that provides:

• Dream recording and storage
• AI-powered dream analysis and interpretation
• AI-generated dream visualizations (images and videos)
• Dream pattern tracking and statistics
• Lucid dreaming tools and resources
• Community features for sharing dreams
• One-time dream readings without an account (section 5)

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dreamvibe. To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

The Service offers a free plan and a paid Plus plan:

• Free: Unlimited dream journaling, a small monthly allowance of AI analyses, images, video and narration, cloud backup and sync, and export
• Plus: $14.99/month or $79.99/year on the web, or $4.99/week or $79.99/year in the iOS app, with higher monthly limits and the 3D Brain Map

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. On the web they are billed through Stripe and can be canceled at any time from your account settings; in the iOS app they are billed by Apple and managed in your App Store settings. Refunds for subscriptions are handled on a case-by-case basis; one-time dream readings are covered in section 5.

When a free trial is offered, it is limited to one per person, and we may decline a trial for an email address (or a variation of one) that has already used one. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and you are charged the regular price.

On our dream-symbol pages you can get a dream reading without an account. Readings are offered in the United States only. You must be at least 13 years old to use them and at least 18 to buy one.

• What you get. You describe a dream and get a free preview. If you buy the full reading ($2.99, one time, no subscription), you get the complete written reading and an AI painting of your dream on the same page, right after you pay.
• Your agreement. Before we read your dream, you agree to our using it as our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy describe.
• Keeping it. A paid reading stays available in the browser you used for 30 days after your purchase, unless you save it to a free account or email yourself a copy. An unpaid preview is deleted after 24 hours.
• Refunds. If you're not happy with a reading, email support@dreamvibehq.com within 7 days of buying it and we'll refund it in full. If the painting doesn't come through, email us and we'll refund the reading. If a payment can't be delivered (for example, you paid twice for one reading), we refund it automatically.
• What it's for. The reading and painting are for your personal use. We don't claim ownership of them, and we don't use them for anything beyond what our Privacy Policy describes. They are generated by AI, for reflection and entertainment only, and are not medical or psychological advice (section 8).

You retain ownership of all dream entries and content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your content to provide the Service
• Generate AI analyses and visualizations based on your content
• Display shared content in community features (only if you choose to share)

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Share content that is harmful, abusive, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze dreams and generate visualizations. AI analyses are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only and should not be considered professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice. Analyses and stories are written using OpenAI's models, and images, videos and narration are created using xAI's models; they are subject to those providers' terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or inappropriate. Use the Service at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeltingPixels LLC and Dreamvibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
