Dreamvibe — the website at dreamvibehq.com and the Dreamvibe iOS app — is operated by MeltingPixels LLC, a company based in the United States ("we", "us"). In the App Store the app is currently listed under its founder, Jeremy Harvey. This policy explains what we collect, why, who receives it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
Questions or requests: support@dreamvibehq.com. Health-related information is also covered by our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
If you allow access, the iOS app reads your sleep analysis from Apple Health — time in bed, time asleep, REM, deep, core and awake minutes, and when REM sleep happened, for each night — and stores it with your account so we can show your sleep alongside your dreams, together with a sleep score and brain-map scores we calculate from it. You can turn this off at any time in the iOS Settings app.
Dreams you choose to share, comments, likes, follows, and your public profile.
Payments are handled by Stripe on the web and by Apple in the iOS app. We receive your plan, subscription status and payment references — never your full card number. For web checkouts we also record which ad or link brought you there (for example a click ID) and the cookie choices you made, with the checkout.
Dreams can describe your health, mental health, relationships, sexuality, beliefs and other sensitive matters, and sleep data from Apple Health is health information. We use this information only to provide the features you ask for — storing and syncing your journal, writing analyses and dream readings, creating images and stories, and showing your sleep — and before we read a dream sent without an account, we ask you to agree (section 13). We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models. It is covered in more detail by our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
When you use the dream journal without an account, your dreams stay in your browser on your device; a dream you send for a dream reading is the exception (section 13). When you are signed in, your dreams, analyses, generated media and sleep data sync automatically to our cloud so they are available on your other devices. Our database and file storage (Supabase) and our web servers are in the United States.
We use these service providers to run Dreamvibe. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
We also disclose information when you choose to (for example, sharing a dream publicly), when the law requires it or to protect people's rights and safety, and to a buyer if Dreamvibe is ever sold, under this policy.
We do not sell your personal information. With your permission, we share limited information with Meta and Google to measure our ads, and you can turn this off at any time. Without it, Google receives only the limited, cookie-free signals described in section 7.
In Dreamvibe you can view, export (as JSON, from Settings), correct and delete your dreams, and delete your whole account. You can also change your cookie choices, unsubscribe from product emails, and turn off Apple Health or tracking access in the iOS Settings app.
You can also email support@dreamvibehq.com to ask us to confirm what we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, delete it, stop sharing it for advertising, or withdraw a consent you gave. We may need to confirm the request comes from you (usually by replying from your account's email address or, for a dream reading without an account, with your Stripe receipt). We answer within 45 days, or sooner where your law requires it. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
Depending on where you live — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Washington, Nevada, the European Union and the United Kingdom — you may have more rights under local law, and we honor them. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision; if you're still unhappy, you can contact your state attorney general or, in the EU or UK, your data protection authority.
Dreamvibe is run from the United States and your information is stored and processed there. If you use Dreamvibe from another country, your information is transferred to the United States.
If you are in the EU or UK: we process your information to provide the service you signed up for, with your consent for analytics and advertising cookies (which you can withdraw at any time), to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in keeping Dreamvibe secure and preventing abuse. You can access, correct, delete or export your information, object to or restrict how we use it, and complain to your data protection authority.
Dreamvibe is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. We ask for your age when you create an account on the web, and we don't keep your answer. If we learn that a child under 13 has an account, we delete it. Dream readings without an account are for people 13 and older, and you must be 18 or older to buy one; if we learn that a reading came from a child under 13, we delete it (and refund it if it was paid). If you believe a child has given us information, contact us at support@dreamvibehq.com.
On our dream-symbol pages you can describe a dream and get a free preview of a reading, then buy the full reading and a painting of your dream, without an account. Readings are offered in the United States only, to people 13 and older (18 or older to buy one). Because a dream can reveal your health, relationships or beliefs, we ask you to agree before we read it. You can withdraw by deleting the reading, or by asking us to delete it.
We don't sell readings or tell advertisers about them, and no advertising tags run on the pages where readings happen. We don't use your dream to train AI models.
A reading opens only in the browser that started it. In that browser, “Delete it now” under the reading deletes it right away (for a paid reading we keep the payment record), and “Forget it on this device” removes the browser's key while the reading is still deleted on schedule.
To get a copy, or to delete a reading you can no longer open, email support@dreamvibehq.com. For a paid reading, include your Stripe receipt (or the date and the last four digits of the card) so we can find it. An unpaid preview can't be linked to you, and it is deleted within 24 hours. We answer within 45 days.
The iOS app shows a "Contribute to dream research" setting. We have not shared anyone's dreams for research. Before we ever do, we will publish exactly how research sharing works and ask for your consent separately.
We protect your information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls in our database that keep each person's data separate, hashed secrets, and keys limited to the access each part of the service needs. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password safe too.
When we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect, and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
